What we collect
When you place an order with Ammamma.co® we only collect what we need to pack and deliver it — your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and the items you ordered. We do not run any login, account, or tracking system on this website.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm your order, prepare your packet, arrange courier pickup, and answer questions about the delivery. We may contact you on WhatsApp for order updates.
Who sees it
Your address is shared with our courier partner (Delhivery / India Post / local delivery rider) so they can reach you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order chats and delivery records are kept for up to 12 months for accounting and customer-support purposes, after which they are deleted.
Cookies
This site uses one small piece of local browser storage to remember the items in your basket. Nothing is sent to us until you tap “Send order on WhatsApp.”
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your contact details from our WhatsApp history at any time. Just send a message saying “please remove my details.”
